About ME
My name is Candice Restrick and I have devoted the past decade to volunteering. Everything from working with children, teaching English, working with animals hands on, hands off and from afar. I guess you could say I'm a giver.
I have travelled the globe volunteering my time with a focus on animals. Internships, volunteer work, managing sanctuaries, fostering domestic pets, campaigning, conservation and animal husbandry are to name a few.
My background stems from years in the hospitality industry and professional childcare. How did I end up with such amazing opportunities? A dream, a plan and a passion. If you do what you love and give up so much, things do fall in place.
